ISO: Butter Roll (cobbler-like dessert)

I ate a wonderful cobbler-like dessert at Turnerhill's Restaurant in Abilene, TX....I was told it had no fruit or vegetables in it, yet it was much like a peach cobbler, would love to be able to make it for my family! Can anyone help me?
