ISO: Can I plant Bamboo in Pennsylvania, USA

Misc.
I recieved a lucky bamboo plant and would like to plant
it outside but I'm not sure it would survive and I'm
not sure where to plant it or how to care for it.
We live in Southwestern Pennsylvania.
