FOR THE DRESSING:
mayo
sour cream
lemon juice
chopped dill
salt
FOR THE SALAD:
quartered potatoes, seasoned and oiled.
Roast for around 6 minutes, or until golden brown.
Toss the potatoes with potato salad dressing, parmesan cheese, garlic butter, top with chives.
