ISO: Candy Kiss Pretzel

Has anyone seen the recipe for the round pretzel with a candy kiss in the middle and put in the oven, when kiss is soft put a M&M on it. I saw it in a magazine and lost the article, tried it but the candy kiss doesn't melt. Any ideas. They would be great at a party. I remember it said to put in the oven not microwave.
