ISO: Casa Manana Red Tacos

Casa Manana is a resturant in Wichita Falls, TX. They serve a beef taco. The taco shell is made of corn. The shells are thick and reddish in color. Anyone know how they might make these? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!
