ISO: Chewy Pizza Crust

A friend of mine is trying to perfect his pizza crust. He wants one that is more chewy and he just can't seem to get it right. His crust always comes out more like a "chicago" style crust. He is using a pizza stone, which has helped some, but not enough. Anyone have a good recipe?
