Recipe(tried): Chewy Pizza Crust

Pizza/Focaccia
I like to make pizza and use the following recipe:

In a mixing bowl add:

1 1/2 cup flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. salt

Mix together:
1 cup of very warm water (110 - 120*)
2 Tbsp. oil

Add water mixture to flour mixture and mix on low speed.

Add about 1 addition cup of flour. Knead for a couple of minutes. Let dough rest 5 minutes.

Make one pizza. Bake 425 on a baking stone.

I use my Kitchen Aide Mixer with dough hooks to mix.
