ISO: chicken scampi, or scampi sauce

Misc.

I'm trying to find a really good chicken scampi recipe. I did a search here at TKL, and found some, but they were only a few, and pretty much just a basic oil, butter and garlic recipe. I'd like to add a bit more to mine, to make it a little thicker or creamier, but am not sure what to use. So if anyone has a great recipe they know of, please let me know.
