ISO: Chinese Beef and Rice (Betty Crocker Recipe Card)

I used to always make this recipe but have lost the card. It is from the 1971 Betty Crocker recipe card library.
Under "Entertaining on a Shoestring", #H-5, Chinese Beef and Rice. If anyone can find this for me, I will greatly appreciate it!
