ISO: Chinese Cold Boneless Chicken

Misc.

My husband and I love this chicken dish that we eat at a Chinese restaurant in Monterey Park called Phoenix Inn. It's called "Phoenix Inn Boneless Chicken." It's boiled chicken, then the bones are removed and the chicken is cut up into strips. It's served cold and tossed/coated with a special sauce. I can't tell what's in the sauce (maybe 5-spice powder?) but it's fabulous. Anyone out there with a recipe?
