ISO: chocolate cream cheese spritz cookie

I am in the process of moving and all my things are in storage including my recipes. I want to make chocolate spritz cookies made with cream cheese. I make them every year and the kids want me to make them. I sure did not plan on taking this long to find a home. If you have this recipe can you please help. It came in a little booklet with my hand turned mirro cookie press many years ago.
