ISO: Chocolate Glaze that dries hard using cocoa and without butter??

Misc.
I remember seeing a recipe for a Chocolate Glaze that dried hard after it cooled and now I can't find it!! It used cocoa and other fairly basic ingredients, but the thing that stuck out was that it used no butter. If anyone has seen this recipe or knows of one similar, I would greatly appreciate your time. THANKS!!
