MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE
1/2 cup crushed RITZ crackers
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
1 (16 ounces) bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed & drained
1 (8 ounces) can sliced water chestnuts, drained (or 1/2 cup sliced celery)
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1/3 cup chopped onion
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix crushed crackers and butter in small bowl; set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients in 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cracker mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or until heated through.
Makes: 8 (1/2-cup) servings
