ISO: chocolates filled with liquor
Misc.I am writing to you from India. I have a chocolate making business which I run from home. I make hand moulded chocolates. I want your help and guidance for making liquor chocolates (liquid filled). I have been working on it but if kept out the liquor evaporates and in the fridge it tends to solidife. Can you please help me with the recipe and the correct way to make it.
