ISO: Christmas cookies in Dec.'08 Family Circle

In Dec.'08 Family Circle magazine, under cooking school - 'tis the season....there was a recipe for cookies with the ingredients to be layered in Mason Jar and a Baking Directions on a tag to be printed to attach and give as a Christmas gift. It says to go to familycircle.com/cookietag and print these directions to attach to the jar. I could not find these tag directions to print. Could you please let me know where and how to get them to print? I have all the jars and ingredients to make these gifts, BUT not printed tags to attach.
