ISO: Clear salad dressing Jaeger Schnitzel and Pomfrits (fries) and salat

Hi, I am looking for a salad dressing recipe. I dont know the name of it all I know is that it is clear. I had some when I was stationed overseas in Pirmasens, GE. The Imbiss in front of post served it with there Jaeger Schnitzel and Pomfrits(fries) and salat. If anyone can be of any help I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance
