WITCHES' HATS
Melt vanilla frosting in small saucepan. Add enough red and yellow food coloring to achieve a nice orange color.
Using the cut ends off of pointed ice cream cones, coat with orange frosting. Stand on rack to dry.
Using a plain round cookie, or round Ritz type cracker, 'glue' hat to cookie with vanilla frosting and type thin licorice lace around each hat as a hat brim.
WITCHES' BROOMS
Mix together frosted mini-wheats (crushed) and sweetened long flake coconut.
Using pretzel sticks, spread chocolate frosting on end of pretzel, and dip into the cereal/coconut mixture, pressing enough on to make it look like a broom.
Sit on wire rack until frosting hardens, about 1/2 hour.
