ISO: Cock of the Walk Cole Slaw - Question

Misc.
I am trying to figure out your hints and am wondering if I am on the right track.
You said four ing. that do not belong. Is it milk, buttermilk, mustard and poppyseeds?

You said missing two ing. Are they yellow onion and Lawrys?
