Heavenly snowy white coconut layer cake. Icing feels cool.Coconut all over top and sides of cake. I don't think this cake is too sweet. Keep refrigerated. This was a gift at christmas in 1999 from a small bake shop in the Bellvue area of Nashville TN.I do not know the name.Would like recipe or name of shop.Thanks so much for you time. B.W.
