This is a nice simple recipe, you can use fresh or canned roasted red peppers, if you used canned make sure you drain them thoroughly. You simply remove the skins and puree, once this is done you force the puree through a strainer into a mixing bowl and season to taste, I like to use salt pepper and some honey this will really give a nice sweet and peppery emulsification.
