ISO: Cooking with Flavored Vinegar

Misc.
I received some flavored vinegars as a gift (Apricot, chili, garlic/olive). I don't know what to do with them. Are there recipes for salad dressings or cooking with flavored vinegars? Thanks in advance for your help.
