ISO: Corn Salad or Relish

Misc.
When we were in Starkville, Ms., we ate at a barbeque place that served a kind of corn salad or relish with the meal. I would like a recipe for something like it. It was made with white (shoepeg) corn, celery, a couple of other ingrediants I don't remember, and a "slaw-type" dressing. Does anyone have an idea of what I am talking about? If so, please send me a recipe. Thanks much.
