ISO: Cream of Mushroom Soup with soy milk; canning cooked dried beans

I have never canned. I am interested in canning dried beans that have been cooked. I am also wondering if a cream based soup can be made with soy milk (I noticed you can not can products that contain dairy). Any help will be greatly appreciated.
