ISO: Creamy Dessert?

Hi.....We had a sudden tragic death in our family during the week...and during a dinner I tried a very delicous dessert. It was made with a crunchy bottom and then a creamy middle with a whipped cream topping and then crumbled heath bar type candies on the top. So very good. I would love to make it for the family during the Holidays. If anyone could help me, it would be so greatly appreciated. Thanks..

P.S...the middle may have been butterscotch...I really don't know though...I wish I knew so I could give you guys better clues..
