ISO: Crochet patter for a stunning southwestern indian afghan

Misc.
I am looking for a pattern from Annie's Crochet Quilt and Afghan Club 1995, called A stunning Southwestern Indian Afghan. It is very colorful and I guess not in print anymore. Was wondering if anyone has this and how I can get a copy.
Thanks
