ISO: Cuban Pork Roast Question (Gina's recipe)

Misc.
Gina's' recipe (Cuban Pork Roast) called for a bottle of Mojo. I am not familiar with this product as are the stores I inquired in. Can you tell me what it is, what is in it and whether I can substitute something else.

Thanks
