ISO: Cuban sauce with capers, cayenne and olives

Misc.
A resident at our complex has a 91st birthday and wants a cuban dish she used to make with ground turkey, tomato paste, 12 olives, capers, cayenne peppper and beef broth or wine (to make a sauce) served over rice or pasta-this serves 4. These are the notes she gave me. Any name or recipe for this dish would be appreciated.
