ISO: Dairy Queen Cocoa Fudge Recipe

Hi, I was looking for the Dairy Queen Cocoa Fudge Recipe. I have tried a ton of recipes trying to replicate it, but nothing comes anything near the Cocoa Fudge. If anyone could help me out with that recipe, that would be great!
