ISO: Dating a Hall's Superior dripolator coffee maker

Misc.
When we lived in California, around 1970, we went to a estate sale being done by an old woman who was on two canes. My wife saw a Hall's Superior dripolator coffee maker. The woman stated that her mother received it as a wedding gift, which would of been around the turn of the century. We purchased it for $3.50 to give to my mother-in-law who has wanted a dripolator like she used in Minnesota as a child.

The dipolator appears as if it has never been used. There is no staining and the gold printing on the bottom is perfect and untarnished. The bottom says "Hall's Superior" and in a double circle is printed TESTED AND APPROVED BY (signature of Mary Dunbar} JEWEL HOMEMAKERS INSTITUTE. Below the circle is QUALITY KITCHENWARE.

My Mother-in-Law passed away and it was returned to my wife, PAT, and she has it as the center of her teapot collection.

Would you possibly know the age, the value, history of this dripolater or where would be a good source to find information about it?

Thank you for any help you can provide.
