First, I changed the name to Bada Bing Bada Bang Shrimp. sauce is made with:
1 cup Olive Oil Mayo
1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
A few good shakes of Sirracha Hot chilli sauce
Coat the shrimp with Vigo Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs then in Corn Starch and deep fry in Vegetable Oil.
Drain and serve with a good coating of the Chili Sauce. Keep chili sauce and shrimp at room temperature so as not to cool down the oil while cooking or the sauce when dressing.
Cover with chopped scallions prior to serving.
I tried the same by sauteing in olive oil instead of frying. Try both methods and pick the best.
