ISO: Daughter's Wedding July 8, 2006

Misc.
Help - I have agreed to make the food for my daughter's reception July 8, 2006 - and I have no idea what to make. We are planning on between 100 to 150 people. The only thing I know for sure is that I want to hire a couple of people to oversee the food at the reception and have contacted the local college to see about a couple of students but nothing is finalized yet. I need ideas on what to make and better yet how to have everything ready and not wear myself out before the wedding.
