ISO: Disneyworld-Brown Derby-Brie? and Oyster Soup

Misc.
AGES ago I had the brie(I think that's the cheese)and oyster soup at Disneyworld's Brown Derby restaurant. Delish! If there's no exact replica, is there a brie-based soup anywhere? I can't seem to melt brie to thin it well. Any ideas?? Thanks! zippykp 03-09-06
