Recipe: Oriental Beef Salad with Teriyaki-Sesame Dressing (with snow peas, carrots, and water chestnuts)
Salads - Main DishORIENTAL BEEF SALAD
FOR THE SALAD:
1 bag (12 oz.) salad greens
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained and rinsed
2 to 3 slices red onion, separated into rings
1 large carrot, diagonally sliced
1/2 pound leftover Teriyaki Beef strips
1 cup leftover snow peas, diagonally sliced
FOR THE DRESSING:
1/4 cup leftover Teriyaki Beef marinade
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
TO PREPARE THE SALAD:
Place salad greens, water chestnuts, red onion, carrot, beef and snow peas in a large salad bowl. Cover with Reynolds Plastic Wrap; refrigerate.
TO PREPARE THE DRESSING:
Place marinade, oil, vinegar, and sesame seeds in blender. Blend 1 minute. Pour into a small bowl. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate.
TO SERVE:
Toss salad ingredients with dressing just before serving.
