ISO: Don Pablo Real Enchiladas Sauce

Don Pablo's mexican restaurant chose to pack up and move out of Arizona, so now it's either have the food Fed-Ex'd from Texas (the closest Don Pablo's) or find the recipe for the sauce they use on the "Real Enchiladas" recipe!
It is basically a sweet enchilada sauce, reminds me of a sweet mole sauce.
Please! I'm dying here :(
