SIMPLE CRAB BREAD

1 1/2 pounds picked crab meat
2 pinches of old bay seasoning
1 tablespoon fine grated Parmesan cheese
4 ounces chopped onion
4 ounces chopped celery
softened cream cheese, as needed
Pinch fresh chopped cilantro leaves
Mayonnaise / yogurt mix for binding

Place on Bread, add chesse, and toast
