ISO: Dutch Peach Pie - Texas State Fair 1971-72

Misc.

I had a brochure from the 'Texas Stat Fair' (1971-72) from the Peach Exhibit that had the recipe in it. I can't find it after moving.

The pie was baked in 2 steps, sliced fresh peaches in crust with Sour Cream and spices, then after baking a bit a mixture of Oatmeal and more spices on top and returned to bake.

I have searched the internet but none of the recipes that I have found sound correct. Can't remember all the ingredients or the quantities would appreciate any help
