ISO: El Salvadoran quesadilla con queso

Misc.

I recently visited El Salvador and was served Quesadilla con Queso. It is nothing like what we call quesadillas, rather it is much like a cake topped with sesame seeds. We ate it for breakfast. Does anyone have the recipe?
