I made this recipe and enjoyed it very much. I often cook Turkish dishes and have noticed that the Turkish version on 'cup' is not standard. For this reason, I believe that the 4 cups of broth or water in this recipe must mean 1 or 2 standard cups, as my rice turned out quite runny. Am I correct in assuming this? Thank you.
