ISO: fatay

Misc.
a fatay is a pastry that was made for me by my Argentine girlfriend. It is made from hand made dough rolled out and cut into rounds about 5" in diameter if I recall correctly. They have different kinds of filling. One that I remember was ground beef with a little tomatoe and lemon juice. Maybe some garlic. Excellent as appetizers or for a lunch. They are based on a middle eastern dish. I've found recipes online in Spanish and that doesn't do me much good. Please help! Thanks!!
