ISO French Vanilla Ice Cream using Eagle Brand Milk. It was THE BEST ever. It had a cooked custard base, then was frozen in the ice cream maker. My mother's dog liked the recipe so much that she ate the recipe card I had out!! I haven't seen a recipe that comes close, so PLEASE help....
