ISO: fresh coconut candy from puerto rico

Please some one give me recipe of fresh coconut candy.
I had this candy (chunk of coconut and it is not shredded coconut) in Puerto Rico and it is so good. I can tell that these are home made. I never seen at airport. Please help me. Thank you very much.
