ISO: Giant Skippy Oat Cookies recipe

Making Giant Skippy Oat Cookies and they are not turning out as indicated in the recipe. Does anyone have a copy of the recipe so I can see if all the ingredients are listed properly.
Anyone know if you can substitute old fashioned oats for quick cooking oats in a cookie recipe?
