ISO: Girl Scout Lemon Cooler Cookies

I just had some wonderful low-fat lemon cooler cookies made by the Girl Scouts. they are rolled in powdered sugar and a rich and lemony. I would love a recipe to make these myself. Once a year at cookie time is not enough!
