ISO: Gluten Free pie Crust (Crumb) request

I had found a recipe on the internet for a pie - some kind of chiffon - which included a recipe for "graham crumb crust" which was made from an included recipe for "graham crackers" which were gluten free/ wheat free. I would also like to request low carb, low sodium, low cholesterol and saturated fat, diabetic recipes for the person who needs gluten free recipes.
