ISO: Greek Chicken

Misc.
Does anyone have a recipe for Greek chicken? When I lived in the "big city" I used to love the grilled chicken in Greek restaurants -- subtle flavors that I couldn't quite put my finger on -- and now that I'm 100 miles from the nearest Greek eatery, I'd like to make my own Greek chicken.
