ISO: Harry's Seafood, Bar and Grille Crabmeat and Eggplant Napoleon

Hello, I recently dine at a restaurant called Harry's Seafood, Bar and Grille, it's a New Orleans style restaurant, and I had a appetizer called CRABMEAT and EGGPLANT NAPOLEON, it was excellent and I have been searching all over for it or something remotely close. So if anyone at all can help me I would greatly appreciate it very much!!!! Thanking you in advance.
