ISO: Help for Dry Coffee Cake

Hello, and happy Valentine's Day to all!

Does anyone have any suggestions for making a moist coffee cake? I have made the same blueberry coffee cake recipe twice and both times it was dry. The recipe calls for a small amount of butter rather than vegetable oil. I did not over bake or over beat the batter.

I would really appreciate some input!
