I don't think this is the same thing, but it is very similar.
Japanese Shrimp Sauce (Pink)
2 C. mayonnaise
1/2 C. water
1 tsp. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 T. garlic juice
3 to 4 tsp. catsup
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. white pepper
Whisk together.
