ISO: Help, I've lost my lasagna !

Misc.
I'm looking for a lasgna recipe that had a white sauce and used (I think) ground veal, ground lamb and possibly ground pork. The one thing i definitly remember about this recipe was that there was nutmeg in the sauce - It was out of this world. Please help. Also, I believe the recipe was submitted to a magazine by a big fashion designer (possibly Bill Blass)
