ISO: Help, Very Low Budget Meals for 2, $50/week

Im desperatly looking for Very low budget meals / recipes that will fit into our Budget of about $50/week or less to feed two ppl with possible left overs for lunches. I've searched and searched but cannot find any that go with our low budget. Im tired of making the same old thing every week. And am also dieting, So if anyone has any LOW budget recipe/meals please send them my way. As far as spices go, i don't have much, just the basics, salt, pepper, Creole seasoning garlic etc. As to this point im very desperate for ANY help. Thanks alot!
